Bara

I'm a big fan of the Japanese Bara art style. I haven't seen much Bara Manga. There a couple of Anime I have enjoyed that have some Bara-esque characters like Fate/Zero, and Seven Deadly Sins. Here are some of my favorite Bara-esque games  Super Health Club, Robin Morningwood Adventure, Hunky City, Hunk Empire, Camp Buddy: Scoutmaster Season and Where's my Bara Deck?. I recently started playing Heatwave: Sam's Stay by @codyfordart, lots of sexy muscular characters including a nice selection of hairy chested men, really hot if short. Highly recommended!

I follow some talented creators on Patreon that create art in the bara style like Silverjow, Joji, Marccus and Leomon32. I highly recommend supporting them if you can. Many of them also open up commission slots from time to time.

Another Bara artist I learned about recently is Xlyph he has a game on steam Wet Dream Spa that's gotten good reviews, he has a fun art style.

Bara (Japanese: 薔薇; lit. 'rose') is a colloquialism for a genre of Japanese art and media known within Japan as gay manga (ゲイ漫画) or gei komi (ゲイコミ; "gay comics"). The genre focuses on male same-sex love, as created primarily by gay men for a gay male audience. Bara can vary in visual style and plot but typically features masculine men with varying degrees of muscle, body fat, and body hair, akin to bear or bodybuilding culture. While bara is typically pornographic, the genre has also depicted romantic and autobiographical subject material, as it acknowledges the varied reactions to homosexuality in modern Japan.
